Transpáramo is an extraordinary mountain bike competition that will be held in the Chingaza Natural National Park, celebrating its 40 years of creation. It will be 2 days of Race 189 km with a limited space of 300 participants, on 19 and 20 August. And for the category “Half Páramo” will have a route of 31 km in the modality of Cronoescalada, entering the National Park (up to Laguna de Chingaza).
It arises with the purpose of showing the magic of its mountains and to create awareness in the conservation of these natural treasures of flora and fauna. That is why we have adopted the “Eye Bear”, as an image of the race. Having as main message the protection of this threatened species, through messages of different type throughout the process of the event.
